PCB to discuss Inzy's inclusion in Champions Trophy squad

Lahore, Sep 3 (UNI) Clouds of doubts looms large over Inzamam-ul Haq's participation in the ICC Champions Trophy and selection committee chairman Wasim Bari is due to meet PCB chief Shaharyar Khan to discuss the prospects of the Pakistan captain who may face a ban of upto 10 ODIs in the wake of the ball tampering controversy.

''There are a few things which need to be discussed which is why I would be meeting the PCB Chairman within the next two days,'' Bari was quoted as saying by 'The News'.

Bari said he was not aware of what the ICC rule said in such matters but added that he would seek Shaharyar's advise before announcing the squad.

Publicly, the PCB chairman has asserted that Inzamam would be in the ICC Champions Trophy squad as captain when Pakistan announce it on September 7.
