Kavanatinkara boat race on Sep 6

Kottayam, Sep 3 (UNI) The 18th Kavanatinkara boat race will be held here on September six.

Kerala Forest Minister Binoy Viswam would inaugurate the boat race organised jointly by the Sree Narayana Boat Club and District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC).

Ahead of the race, a boat procession would be held in which more than 40 boats of different categories would participate, Club president M K Ponnappan said.
