Karnataka Rakshana Vedike activists held for black flag demo

Bangalore, Sep 3 (UNI) Police arrested several activists of the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike, who attempted to stage a black flag demonstration during a Congress rally marking the merger of AIPJD with the party, here today.

Police said the activists tried to take out black flags just before Congress President Sonia Gandhi arrived on the dais. Alert policemen took the demonstrators away from the spot immediately and later arrested them.
