Indian Bank extends Rs 3.65 cr loan to SGHs

Pondicherry, Sep 3 (UNI) The Indian Bank extended a loan of Rs 3.65 crore to 297 beneficiaries here yesterday.

According to an official release, the Indian Bank's branches at Kariyamanickam, Kirumambakkam and Ariyankuppam had jointly extended the loan to self-help groups (SHGs) and students among others.

Pondicherry Agriculture Minister V Vaithilingam distributed the loans at a function at Kariyamanickam.
