Four army jawans killed in road accident
Jammu, Sep 3 (UNI) Four army jawans were killed and six others injured when their vehicle skidded off the road near Mandi police station in Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir today.
The jawans of 14 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) were on patrol from the Byala Road headquarters.
Four jawans died on the spot while six others were seriously injuried and were admitted to a Poonch hospital from where they airlifted to the Army hospital in Udhampur.
The deceased were indentified as Nayab Subedar Sita Ram, Sepoy Ravi Kumar, Nayak Genni MP and Nayak Rajinder Singh.
