Efforts on to help slain pilgrims' kin stranded in Iraq
Hyderabad, Sep 3 (UNI) Authorities here today said efforts were on to bring back the 12 stranded relatives of the three pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh who were slain by terrorists in Iraq.
Regional Passport Officer B Bala Bhaskar said the passports of the relatives were taken away by the terrorists and his office was in touch with them.
Though it was a Sunday, the office was specially working to process the particulars collected from them.
Clearances had already been sent for issuing temporary passports to the stranded pilgrims for helping them return to India in a couple of days.
