Subhas Chopra promises bickering-free DSA , NK Bhatia remains secy

New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI) Newly elected Delhi Soccer Association President Subhas Chopra today promised a bickering-free DSA and announced that Narinder Kumar Bhatia will continue as secretary of the state football body.

''Whatever has happened in the past is past and we want to move on. I can assure you that we would work like a close-knit family and do everything to revice the fortune of soccer in Delhi,'' he told reporters here, flanked by Umesh Sood and Naseer Ali who were at the loggerheads just before DSA elections.

Mr Chopra, meanwhile, announced the new list of office bearers and said that Mr Bhatia would continue as DSA secretary.

The six vice presidents are BS Chauhan, OP Malhotra, DK Bose, Hem Chand, Sharafatullah and HV Chauhan.

Syed Shaheen has been named the treasurer while joint secretaries include Aabdul Aziz, Magan Singh Patwal and Shankar Lal.
