Japanese Encephalitis toll reaches 123

Gorakhpur, Sep 2 (UNI) The Japanese Encephalitis (JE) toll in Uttar Pradesh reached 123 with the death of two more children today.

Official sources said a total of 736 people suffering from JE have been admitted at the Medical College this year.

The patients hail from Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Sant Kabirnagar, Kushinagar, Basti, Siddharthnagar, Azamgarh, Gonda and Balrampur distrticts of UP.
