India, Korea, China in Pool B of Asian Games hockey

New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI) Silver medallist at Pusan, India has been clubbed in Pool B of the Asian Games hockey competition along with defending Champion South Korea, China, Bangladesh and Oman.

Meanwhile, Pakistan, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei form Pool A of the December 1-15 event.

Pakistan will be eager to overcome its flop show in Pusan, where the Asian powerhouse was beaten to Bronze by Malaysia and it was the first occasion since hockey made its debut in 1958 Asian Games that Pakistan returned without a medal to show.
