Bangalore, Sep 1 (UNI) Dashing left hander Yuvraj Singh today said Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and himself could fill the gap of a fifth bowler in the one-day squad of the Indian cricket team and help in providing more options.

Speaking to reporters after a practice session at the 'rolling camp', being held for the Kuala Lumpur-bound team, the hard hitting batsman from Punjab said India had the option of trying three to four part-time bowlers to fill the slot of the fifth bowler. ''This will give us a lot of options during the Malaysian tour. You can expect innovative ideas put into practice during this tour,'' he added.

Yuvraj, having a good run during the last one year emerging as the man of the series in three consecutive series against South Africa, Pakistan and England, said he was eager to continue the good form. The coming tri-series involving Australia and West Indies would help the team prepare for the World Cup next year he added.

He said though the camp lasted only three days, the first batch of players got what they wanted. It was basically held to improve the skills of individuals.

''When it comes to practice, however long a camp runs, personally I feel that it was always short. However, the rolling camp was innovative and we gained a lot from it.We worked mainly on fielding and batting. Playing against the bowling machine, kept at different heights, was a good experience. This will help us face tall, fast bowlers. Practicing with a golf ball was another new aspect of this camp and that too helped,'' he added.
