Jabalpur, Sep 1 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued notice to the state government on a petition demanding proper management in hospitals in view of death of four patients in Bhopal-based Hamidia hospital due to alleged power failure recently besides adequate compensation to the family members of the deceased.

Hearing a petition by Nagrik Upbhokta Margdarshak Manch's P J Najpandey, a division bench comprising Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik and Justice Suresh Chandra Sinho issued notices to Principal Secretary (Health), Director (Health Services) and Hospital Superintendent and sought reply within four weeks.
