1 lakh students to be enrolled in NSS

Bhopal, Sep 1 (UNI) More than one lakh students, including about 25,000 girls, will be enrolled for the National Service Scheme (Scheme) in Madhya Pradesh.

A total of 1229 NSS units are functioning in 1082 institutions, including 481 colleges and 601 schools.

Official sources said students of 7 engineering colleges, 5 medical colleges and 8 agriculture colleges, besides 22 Navodaya Vidyalayas would be associated with NSS.
