Four suicides by women in East Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 31 (UNI) Four women allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves in East Delhi in four different incidents.

Neetu (18), a Class 10th student and a resident of Mongolpuri, hanged herself due to family's financial stress, according to sources.

One of the five children of a rickshaw puller, the teenager did not leave any suicide note.

Another woman Kusum Lata (36), also from Mongolpuri and mother of five, allegedly committed suicide due to depression owing to illness.

No suicide note was found.

In the third incident, Nisha (22) was found hanging by her family members in New Ashok Nagar.

Married in April last year, Nisha reportedly had marital problems with her husband Tarun (24).

Howerver, no suicide note was found.

Somini (24), a nurse in a private hospital and married just two months back, hunged herself at her Jehangirpuri residence reportedly due to marital problem.

Her husband Jogeshwar is a Compounder.

An SDM enquiry is on into the case, police added.
