Woman, kids observe fast for govt job

Pondicherry, Aug 30 (UNI) A woman and her two children today observed a fast before the Assembly demanding a government job on compassionate grounds.

Dhanalakshmi's husband Nagaraj, a watchman with a government department, died in 2001.

She later applied for a job on compassionate grounds.However, her case was not considered prompting her to stage a fast.
