Virinchi Technologies announced 5 per cent dividend

Hyderabad, Aug 30 (UNI) Virinchi Technologies, an e-business collaboration solutions provider focusing on B2B space today declared five per cent dividend for the financial year 2005-06.

The company had also appointed four new Directors at its board meeting held today.

According to a company release here today, the company appointed Steve and Samad Momin as Independent Directors while Anil Kumar Pinapala and Sreenivasa Sreekanth Uppuluri were appointed as Executive Directrors.
