TRS MLAs meet CM, represent on farmers' problems

Hyderabad, Aug 30 (UNI) Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) MLAs today met Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and apprised him of the problems faced by farmers in the Telangana region and said they underwent severe hardship due to erratic power supply.

In a representation given to Dr Reddy, the TRS MLAs sought 12-hour power supply for the farmers. They complained motors were getting burnt due to low voltage and requested for transformers where necessary.

Later, Ms Padma Devender Reddy, MLA, told newsmen the Chief Minister assured the delegation he would discuss the matter with the concerned authorities and sort out the problem.
