Sena MPs to meet PM over border dispute

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Aug 30 (UNI) Shiv Sena MPs will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on September 4 to apprise him of the sentiments of Maharashtra to the reported affidavit filed by the Centre in Supreme Court about the border dispute with Karnataka.

After visiting the flood-affected villages of the Aurangabad district here today, Mr Joshi expressed surprise over the 10 cabinet ministers from Maharashtra in the union cabinet, on their silence on the issue.

''I fail to understand how these 10 ministers representing Maharashtra in the Union Cabinet are keeping mum on the border issue,'' Mr Joshi said.
