Pirated CDs worth Rs 31.5 lakh seized: 3 arrested

Ahmedabad, Aug 30 (UNI) City Crime Branch sleuths seized pirated Compact Discs (CDs) worth Rs 31.5 lakh and arrested three persons in this connection from Relief Road area of the city.

Police sources said here tdoay, acting on a tip-off crime branch team led by sub-inspector M D Upadhyay conducted raid at Relief Road and seized huge quantity of pirated CDs, DVDs, VCDs and audio cassettes valued at about Rs 31.5 lakh yesterday.

The raiding team also arrested - Yusuf Abdul Vora, Sheikh Hussain and Allharakha Pathan from the spot.

Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
