Fire in foam factory in Okhla

New Delhi, Aug 30 (UNI) A major fire broke out in a factory at Okhla Phase-I in South Delhi this morning, damaging tonnes of plastic and cloth material and PVC pipes stored there, the Fire Service said.

As many as 30 fire tenders had been sent to battle the blaze which had affected the basement, the ground and first two floors of the foam manufacturing unit.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.
