BMC invites application for allotment of plot for school

Mumbai, Aug 30 (UNI) The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has invited applications from registered educational institutions and trusts for allotment of plots to run schools on corporation plot on lease-rent basis.

BMC official sources said here today, 'We have invited applications from eligible educational institutions and trusts for allotment of six Municipal plots for the school purpose in the metropolis.'' He said lease-rent depends on the area of the plot in square meters, which ranges from Rs 32,460 to Rs 2,92,650 per anum.

The application forms will be available with Assistant Commissioner (Estate) Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Market building, Palton road, Crawford market.

Applicants will have to pay Rs 5,000 (non-refundable) and cost of blank application form Rs 1,040 including tax. The last date of submission of form is Septmber 18 this year, he added.
