Satyam Computer's allots 30.5K equity shares

New Delhi, Aug 29: Satyam Computer Services Ltd has allotted 30,547 equity shares through circular resolution today, under the stock option plans of the company.

The decison was take by the Compensation Committee of the Directors today, a company statement here said.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 326,956,032 equity shares of Rs 2 each, aggregating Rs 653,912,064, to 326,986,579 equity shares of Rs 2 each, aggregating Rs 653,973,158.
