Ravishankar keen to broker peace b/w SL-LTTE

Bangalore, Aug 29: Art of Living Foundation Founder Sri Sri Ravishankar today once again volunteered to broker peace between the LTTE and the Sri Lankan Government to end the decades-old ethnic strife in the island nation.

Addressing a press conference here, he expressed concern over the ongoing conflict and said he was ready to take a lead in brokering peace. However, he refused to go into the details.

The spiritual guru was talking on the sidelines of a three-day meditation and yoga camp at the Art of Living International Centre here to inculcate leadership qualities and human values in Zilla Panchayat members. The event was jointly organised by the Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and Sri Sri Rural Development Programme.
