BSNL regrets on their prepaid service faults

Kohima Aug 28 (UNI) The BSBL, Nagaland, has informed that due to certain technical problem in Kolkata, some of the prepaid mobile customers have not being able to recharge their SIM cards.

Regretting the inconvenience caused to the customers, the General Manager, Telecom Division, BSNL, Dimapur said BSNL engineers are working for its restoration at the earliest and added that validity period, grace period and additional period for the affected customers would be suitably extended.

However, prepaid customers having credit to their account would not be affected.
