UNI bags JKFA awards for best football coverage

Srinagar, Aug 26 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) awarded several sports reports and photojournalists of the Valley at a function here last night.

State Housing and Forests Minister Tariq Hameed Qarrah gave away the prizes.

Fida Mohammad Hussain and Sheikh Fayaz, the sports and photo- journalist of UNI respectively received the awards for best coverage of both national and local football events.

Journalists from ETV, Kashmir Times, Alsafa, Kashmir Images, JK Channel, Sen Channel and Aftab also bagged awards.
