AP CM greets people on the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi

Hyderabad, Aug 26 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today greeted the Telugu people all over India on the eve of Ganesh Chathrthi.

In a message here, he said people were celebrating Ganesh Chathurthi festival for nine days in a grand manner with devotion and it was a part of life in their culture.

Dr Reddy said the people were celebrating the festival for prosperity and to remove obstacles.

The festival would strengthen unity, communal harmony and cultural happiness, he added.
