Mallya's UB to recommend dividend for FYQ6 on Aug 31

New Delhi, Aug 25 (UNI) United Breweries Holdings Ltd today said its board will meet on August 31 to take into account the financial results and recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006.

''A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 31, 2006 to consider the audited financial results of the company for the year ended March 31, 2006 and recommend dividend, if any,'' a company statement said.

The members of the company in July approved issuing and alloting bonus shares in the proportion of one equity share for every one equity share held.
