IKF Technologies mulling 1 lakh tpa refinery in Gujarat

New Delhi, Aug 25 (UNI) Hyderabad-based IKF Technologies Ltd today said its board has approved to set up a refinery with a capacity of 1,00,000 tonnes per annum in Gujarat.

''The Board of Directors at its meeting has considered and approved the installation of refinery with an increased capacity of 1,00,000 tonnes per annum in Gujarat,'' a company statement said.

The board also accorded its sanction for the proposal for land and decided to apply for Jatropha Plantation in Swaziland, Mozambique and South Africa.

The proposal for preferential issue of shares and convertible warrants to non promoters group at Rs 7 subject to the necessary provisions and approvals.

The Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on September 28, 2006, a company statement said.
