Hotel Leelaventure BoD meet on Sep 2

New Delhi, Aug 25: Hotel Leelaventure (HLVL), leading player in hotel industry, today said its board will meet on September 2, to decide upon setting up a susidiary company or overseas direct investment in an overseas corporation to further its business.

The meeting will also consider the proposal of entering into management contracts for managing the company's hotels at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Colombo and Jaipur.

Decisions on developing international golf courses, golf academy, driving range and club houses at Goa and acquire necessary land of about 250 acres from the state government for the purpose will also be a part of the meeting, a company statement said.

HLVL owns a chain of premium hotels across the western and southern regions of India and acquired Kovalam Hotels last year.

UNI
