Govt cancels pattas of 7 persons

Hyderabad, Aug 25: Finding irregularities in allocation of pattas for freedom fighters, the Andhra Pradesh Government today informed the Assembly that pattas assigned to seven persons in volation of law would be cancelled.

In a written reply to TRS Members N Narasimha Reddy and T Padma Rao, Revenue Minister D Prasada Rao said the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration had called for a detailed report from the Medak District Collector on allotment of land for freedom fighters in Aminpur Village.
