Air Sahara starts Delhi-Nagpur-Hyderabad flight

Nagpur, Aug 25: Air Sahara today introduced its Delhi-Nagpur-Hyderabad flight.

The flight, to be operated daily, will leave Delhi at 0720 hrs and land in Nagpur at 0850 hrs. It will leave Nagpur at 0920 hrs reach Hyderabad at 1020 hrs, Air Sahara President Alok Sharma said at a press conference here today.

On its return leg, the flight will leave Hyderabad at 1755 hrs and will reach Nagpur at 1855 hrs. It will take off from Nagpur at 1925 hrs, landing in Delhi at 2055 hrs, he said.

Nagpur is first of the 14 new destinations being added by the operator to its route network over the next four months, including three international destinations in China, Bangladesh and Maldives, Mr Sharma told newsmen.

Passengers travelling to Hyderabad on the new flight can get connecting flights to destinations in eastern and southern India, including Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Vishakhapatnam, Bangalore and Cochin, he said.

Similarly, the flight to Delhi connects to the company's international flight to Singapore and a code-share flight to Chicago, Sharma said.

Sahara's fleet includes 20 Boeing and seven CRJ-200 aircraft, besides four helicopters used for charter services, he added.
