Teledata allots 8.1 mn shares to Complete Agro

New Delhi, Aug 24: Teledata Informatics Ltd today said it has alloted 8.1 million equity shares of Rs 37 per share to Complete Agro Biotech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

It has also alloted another 9.6 million shares to Complete Agro at Rs 26 per share and a 2.5 million equity warrants per share to its promoters, the company said in a statement.

Teledata Informatics Ltd is a global software solutions company providing enterprise - wide solutions for the marine, educational and utility sectors.

With its operations managed from 15 countries, Teledata Informatics Ltd is recognised and registered as a software developer by the World Bank. It is also registered with UNESCO for its services.
