Special train on Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil route

Chennai, Aug 24 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Railways R Velu has ordered special train service on Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil-Chennai Egmore Section to clear the extra rush of passengers, a Southern Railway release today said.

According to the release the special train will leave here at 2330 hrs on August 25 and reach Nagercoil at 1430 hrs on the next day. In its return journey the train will leave Nagercoil at 1330 hrs on August 28 and arrive here at 0430 hrs on the next day.

The trains will stop at Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Tindivanam, Villupuram, Vridhachalam, Tiruchirapalli, Dindigul,Kodaikanal Road, Madurai, Virudhunagar, Sattur, Kovilpatti, Vanchi Maniyachi and Tirunelveli, the release added.
