Kanishk Steel bags order from SAIL

Chennai, Aug 24 (UNI) The City based Kanishk Steel Industries Ltd, manufacturers of high quality structural steel items today announced that they have bagged an order from Steel Authority of India (SAIL) for conversion of billets to structural steel with an envisaged minimum order of 1000 tons per month.

Kanishk Steel had won this prestigious contract for conversion that runs for a period of three years amidst stiff competition through bidding, a company release here said.

Kanishk Steel President Arvind Gupta said, " We are extremely proud of having won the contract for conversion from SAIL for a period of three years. The stringent quality systems at our manufacturing facility to ensure highest quality of finished steel products have won us this contract. This order will enable us to maximize the utilization of our production capacity."
