Drug menace unabated, 3 more peddlers nabbed

Itanagar, Aug 24 (UNI) Three drug peddlers, including a government veterinary doctor, were arrested by Namsai Police last night from Solongto village and some brown sugar seized from them.

A police team, headed by a Deputy Superintendent of Police(DSP) Chau Jawana Manpoong, raided a house and nabbed a veterinary doctor and two others when they were consuming the narcotic substance.

The landlord of the house managed to escape, the DSP added.
