CM condoles death of Avinash Vaze

Panaji, Aug 24 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Pratapsingh Rane has expressed shock and grief over the sudden demise of Goa Public Service Commission's Chairman Avinash V Vaze Today.

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said, ''59-year-old Mr Vaze who was a practicing advocate and also the Head of the Legal Depaertment of the Economic Development Corporation for some time, was called upon to shoulder the high responsibility as the Chairman of the commission.'' He was ailing for some time but nobody had expected that the sad end would come so soon. More so because he had few months more to demit office, he added.

Sharing the grief of the bereaved family, Mr Rane prayed that the departed soul would rest in peace.
