About 3,023 numbers participated in NCDEX trading

Mumbai, Aug 24 (UNI) About 3,023 users of National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) participated in the trading up to 1700 hrs today and volumes traded were worth Rs 4,299 crore (one-way).

There were 1,13,060 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseed, chana, jeera, chilli, gold and silver, according to an NCDEX release.

Yesterday, about 412 members had participated in trading and had put through 1,03,500 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was about Rs 4,191 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, chana, jeera, gold, silver and refined soy oil, the release added.
