MeritTrac to bring Psychometric tests to India

Bangalore, Aug 23 (UNI) MeritTrac Services, India's largest skills assessment company, has been authorised by US based OPP Inc., to offer the 16PF instrument in India as part of its assessment services.

The 16PF questionnaire, in existence since 1949, was recognised worldwide as a highly reliable personality assessment tool and remains one of the most valid predictors of future behaviour. It was also one of the most popular psychometric tests used by occupational psychologists in assessing people for jobs and promotion.

MeritTrac Services Co-founder and Director Mohan Kannegal said in a release here today, that "after offering world class skills assessment in India for over five years now, we wanted to strengthen our offerings in behavioral assessments."
