Jaiprakash Associates to consider results on Sep 4

New Delhi, Aug 23 (UNI) Jaiprakash Associates Ltd, the flagship company of the Rs 3,000-crore Jaypee Group of Industries, today said its board will meet on September 4 to consider the audited financial results of the company.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on September 4, 2006, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results and dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006, a company statement said.
