Flight no 42 to come to Mumbai tomorrow, says Northwest airlines

Mumbai, Aug 23 (UNI) The Northwest Airline bound for Mumbai from Amsterdam with 149 passengers on board, which was turned back to Amsterdam's Schiphol airport today when ''couple of passengers displayed behaviour of concern,'' will be flying to Mumbai tomorrow.

An a Northwest Airlines, statement, received on e-mail here, said Flight number 42 is cancelled for today. But will be flying to Mumbai tomorrow. The passengers were being accommodated at local hotels and the Airline is co-operating with government officials.

Meanwhile, Airport manager at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus international airport in Mumbai, said that the plane is shown as cancelled on their schedule of flights.

However, none of the airport officials gave any details about the possible arrival of the flight from Amsterdam and said that they were not aware about it.
