As many as 3,091 mumbers participated in NCDEX trading

Mumbai, Aug 23 (UNI) As many as about 3,091 users of National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) participated in the trading up to 1700 hrs today and volumes traded were Rs 3,598 crore (one-way).

There were 96,740 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseed, chana, jeera, chilli, refined soy oil and wheat, according to an NCDEX release.

Yesterday, about 423 members had participated in trading and had put through 1,21,050 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was around Rs 4,715 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, chana, jeera, gold, silver and chilli, the release added.
