Arrow Webtex members approve amalgamation with Creole Holdings

New Delhi, Aug 23 (UNI) Arrow Webtex Ltd today said its shareholders and unsecured creditors at their court convened meeting have unanimously approved the amalgamation of Creole Holdings Company Pvt Ltd with the company.

The company has filed the petition for the final hearing of the matter with the Bombay High Court and the same is scheduled for final hearing on September 29, 2006, a company statement said.

The company maufactures woven label , clothing label , printed woven label, needle loom woven label, fabric printed labels and printed garment labels.
