5 die of suffocation inside well

Robertsganj, Aug 23 (UNI) Five yout allegedly died of suffocation, while cleaning a well in Roberstanj area of Sonebhadra district today.

Police said six people had descended the well in village Chaina Baina to remove a dead snake.

Earlier, the contaminated water of the well had been pumped out.

However, five youth died of suffocation deep inside the well.

The lone survivor was stated to be serious at the district hospital.

A case has been registered.
