StanChart Private Equity invests Rs 150 crore in Endurance Tech'

Mumbai, Aug 21 (UNI) Standard Chartered Private Equity Ltd, a unit of Standard Chartered Bank, has invested Rs 150 crore (dollar equivalent of .3 million) in an auto parts company, Endurance Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Announcing this, a Endurance Technologies' press release said the company also inducted an official from the Fund on its board. The company, however, was not forthcoming on the exact quantum of the equity stake picked up by the Fund.

This is the private equity fund's sixth investment in Indian companies and 17th overall, the release added.
