Satyam issues 1:1 bonus shares, raises authorised cap to Rs 160 cr
New Delhi, Aug 21 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services Ltd, an integrated IT solutions provider, today said it will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 besides increasing its authorised capital from Rs 75 crore to Rs 160 crore.
This was decided by the members inter alia at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held today.
The company will increase its authorised capital from Rs 75 crore divided into 37,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each, to Rs 160 crore divided into 80,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
The company has also re-appointed Director Vinod K Dham, who was liable to retire by rotation, and has appointed Rammohan Rao Mendu as Director, liable to retire by rotation, a company statement said.
Mr Ram Mohan Rao Mynampati has been appointment as Director in whole-time employment and is not liable to retire by rotation.
