NR Agarwal Ind equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Mumbai, Aug 21 (UNI) NR Agarwal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the equity shareholders of the company held on August 16 has approved the scheme of arrangement embodied in the scheme of amalgamation of M/s N R Paper&Board Ltd and M/s Suman Paper&Boards Ltd with the company and their respective shareholders and creditors, with requisite majority, said a BSE release here today.
