Four Soft ties up with logistics co for 4S iLogistics license

New Delhi, Aug 21 (UNI) Four Soft Ltd today said it has signed an agreement with a large logistics company for the 4s iLogistics Software for a value of 120,000 Euros towards license and maintenance.

The transportation and logistics software products and solutions company, however, did not divulge further details about the deal.

Last month, it announced plans to establish a business venture in Japan to expand its global footprint. The company has registered a wholly owned subsidiary 'Four Soft Japan KK' in Japan.

The company already has relationships with large Japanese groups, having implemented sizeable projects for them, and is now in discussion with few other multi billion dollar companies to provide integrated logistics solutions, a company statement said.
