4 Soft ties up with logistics for 4S iLogistics licence

New Delhi, Aug 21: Four Soft Ltd today said it had signed an agreement with a large logistics company for the 4s iLogistics Software for a value of 120,000 Euros towards licence and maintenance.

The transportation and logistics software products and solutions company, however, did not divulge further details about the deal.

Last month it announced plans to establish a business venture in Japan to enlarge its global footprint. The company has registered a wholly-owned subsidiary 'Four Soft Japan KK' in Japan.

The company -- already having relationships with large Japanese groups with sizeable projects implemented for them -- is now in discussion with few other multi-billion dollar companies to provide integrated logistics solutions, a company spokesperson said.
