Electricity in every house by next year: Minister

Panaji, Aug 21 (UNI) Power Minister Digamber Kamat today said no house in Goa will remain without electricity by next year.

Mr Kamat, while speaking to media persons here today, said 25 mobile vans will be launched tomorrow and deployed in the rural areas to hear complaints from the people.

He said already twelve mobile vans are covering cities in the State and efforts will be made to provide 24-hour service to the people.
