145 cadets join mainstream of IRB, PAC in Uttaranchal

Dehradun, Aug 21 (UNI) In all, 145 cadets joined the mainstream of Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) and Provincial Arms Constabulary (PAC) of Uttaranchal after passing out parade here today.

Chief Secretary M Ramachandran reviewed the passing out parade.
