Tera software board to meet on Aug 28

New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) Hyderabad-based Tera Software Ltd, a software solutions and services company, today said its board will meet on August 28, to consider recommendation for payment of dividend.

''A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 28, 2006, to consider recommendation for payment of dividend, de-merger of Annaram land, issue of bonus shares and interalia the financial accounts of the company for the year ended on March 31, 2006,'' the company statement said.

The company focuses on providing e-governance solutions. It executes the project of capturing beneficiary information and printing of household cards of the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
